Biorhythms
According to one theory our lives run in continuous cycles starting from our date of birth.
The main cycles are a physical cycle of 23 days, an emotional cycle of 28 days, and an intellectual cycle of 33 days.
Each cycle is divided into two phases, an active (high) phase and a passive (low) phase. The changeover days are regarded as critical when the body is in a state of transition.
This theory has not been validated.
